Injured Sesko to Miss Slovenian National Team Matches but Manchester United Hopeful of Swift Comeback

Striker Benjamin Sesko will be absent from the Slovenian national team's upcoming matches versus Sweden and Kosovo due to a knee injury suffered during the latest match at Tottenham. However, Manchester United remains hopeful that he could be back in time to face the Everton side after the international break.

Knock Particulars and Recovery Period

The forward had to come off in the 87th minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw with Tottenham after being introduced in the 58th minute replacing teammate Mazraoui. Coach the team's manager expressed concern post-match, leading to Sesko's withdrawal from the Slovenia squad.

The club will carry out additional examinations at Carrington in the coming days, but early indications point to a potential recovery in time for the Everton match scheduled for 24 November.

Other Team News

Maguire and Casemiro also were forced off the field during the Spurs encounter. Although Maguire's status is yet to be determined, it is understood that Casemiro is available and has joined national team commitments with Brazil.

Lisandro Martínez, who has been sidelined since a knee injury in February, will join the Argentine squad at their European training camp. But, the center-back will not feature in Friday's friendly against Angola in Luanda. A member of United's performance team will support the player, who has lately resumed work with Amorim's squad.
